What is cancellation policy for my reservation?

Individual reservations

Hotel's cancellation policy allows cancellations without any penalty up to 48 Hours before reserved arrival ( 1pm ). 
First night will be charged by the Hotel after this deadline or in case of no show.
Refunds of payment by credit card will be only and solely carried out using the same credit card.
An automatic message will be sent by our system to confirm your cancellation,however we ask you to.Please advise us in case you do not receive this information so that we can confirm it directly with you.

Cancellation policy on the Otas such like Booking.com , Expedia , etc, is 72 hours

 

Groups reservations

Cancellation policy for groups will be noticed at the moment of reservation for your knowledge and acceptance if different than individual ones
